The website shop.hoversky.net displays and sells products for Hoversky. The website includes an online store To sell multiple brands of goods and provide convenient and fast services to users around the world, purchasing goods on this website is an acknowledgement of the following terms.

 

  1. Payment, Price and Tax

    1. Payment terms

      1. The product is priced in US dollars, and other currencies are not supported. Buyers can exchange currencies using payment tools.

      2. The price of the goods does not include the handling fees required for payment tools. When using PayPal and Alipay, Hoversky bears the handling fees for PayPal and Alipay. When using wire transfer for settlement, the buyer needs to bear all the handling fees for wire transfer.

      3. The price of the goods does not include shipping costs. Even for goods with free shipping, Hoversky will not bear the additional costs incurred by the buyer's request for additional logistics services.

    5. VAT and Customs Duites

      1. Currently, Hoversky does not charge VAT. Buyers are requested to pay VAT by following the procedures prescribed by domestic regulations.

  2. Delivery and Shipping

    1. Order processing
          After payment confirmation, Hoversky will process the order as soon as possible, usually taking 2-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, weekends, and legal holidays in China). If the goods are out of stock or cannot be shipped due to other reasons, Hoversky will notify the customer by email

      7. Hoversky is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure such as war/natural disasters/customs issues/strikes/shopping seasons.

  3. Quality Assurance/After Sales/Return
    1. Quality Assurance
      1. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of handover for any obvious defects, such as damage caused by transportation, missing product components, or product failures. Any defects must be notified to Hoversky within 30 days of handover If you fail to notify the defect within the above period, Hoversky reserves the right to reject the defect claim.
      2. If the product fails, please file a claim before the end of the warranty period, and Hoversky will not accept subsequent claims.

      1. The buyer needs to provide pictures/videos to prove the defect of the product. Hoversky will take the measures of repair/replacement or refund based on the specific situation and the buyer's wishes, and Hoversky will pay the shipping fee.

    3. Return
      1. In any case, please contact Hoversky before returning goods.
      2. Use the original packaging as much as possible, otherwise please properly package the returned goods to ensure transportation safety.
      3. Unconditional return. If the product is not opened, the buyer can return it unconditionally within 30 days after the package is signed, but needs to pay all the shipping costs. If necessary and possible, Hoversky can assist the buyer in obtaining cheap logistics services.
      4. In any case, the refund does not include customs duties, VAT, and other logistics surcharges.
      5. Currently, refunds can only be paid to PayPal. If you cannot accept PayPal payment, please discuss a reasonable solution with Hoversky.
